Terms of use
These terms apply when you use Qyliora as a private individual or as a business customer.
The service
Qyliora provides analysis tools and reports for individuals and a workspace for companies (Qyliora Business). The service is delivered digitally via qyliora.org.
Account
You are responsible for the accuracy of your account details and for keeping your credentials secure. Accounts may not be shared between people.
Prices and payment
The Level 1 analysis is free for individuals. In-depth reports and business services are charged according to the current price list.
Consumer prices include VAT. Business prices exclude VAT; VAT is calculated at checkout. Payment is handled by Stripe, which emails a receipt or invoice.
Subscriptions and cancellation
Qyliora Business is available as a recurring subscription (monthly or yearly) or as a one-off purchase (Hiring Pass). A recurring subscription renews automatically until cancelled and can be cancelled before the next period.
Right of withdrawal
Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal for distance contracts. Digital content delivered immediately — such as a generated report — is exempt once delivery has started with your consent.
Acceptable use
- Do not use the service for unlawful purposes or to infringe others' rights.
- Do not attempt to bypass security features, scrape content automatically or place abnormal load on the service.
- Reports may be used internally in your organisation but not resold as your own product.
Intellectual property
Qyliora owns the service, the model, the question material and the report templates. You own the information you provide and may freely use your own report.
Limitation of liability
The service is provided as decision support. We are not responsible for decisions made on the basis of results. To the extent permitted by law our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the last twelve months.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms; material changes are announced in the service or by email. Swedish law applies.
