AI

AI & transparency

Qyliora uses AI as a tool in parts of the service. This page states clearly what AI does — and what it does not do.

What AI is used for

  • Structuring and summarising the output of the rule-based calculations.
  • Producing explanatory text in your language.
  • Personalising examples and reasoning based on the information you provide.
  • Comparing a profile with a described role and describing similarities and differences.
  • Providing decision support — suggestions, questions and perspectives.

What AI does not do

  • It makes no medical, psychiatric or psychological diagnoses.
  • It does not replace professional assessment where that is required.
  • It makes no hiring decisions and does not automatically rank candidates for an employer.
  • It is not an absolute truth about you as a person.
  • It does not calculate scores or match values — those are rule-based.

Which models are used

Text generation runs through an external language-model provider engaged as a data processor. The specific model may change over time as quality improves.

Training on your data

Your answers and reports are not used to train external AI models. Data is sent to the provider solely to generate your result.

Human oversight

You own the interpretation of your result. For companies, Qyliora is decision support: the recruiter remains responsible for the assessment and the final decision.
