Methodology
This page explains how Qyliora works methodologically — what is measured, how responses are processed, and how results and recommendations are produced, so you can judge the basis yourself.
What Qyliora analyses
Level 1 is based on 32 statements you respond to. The answers are compiled into a profile describing patterns in motivation, ways of working, interaction with others, and approach to structure and change.
Level 2 and the in-depth modules (career, studies, employment) add further questions and context such as experience, situation and desired direction.
How the questions are constructed
The statements are developed in-house and worded to reflect everyday behaviour rather than abstract self-image. Each statement maps to one or more dimensions in Qyliora's model.
Wording is maintained in Swedish and English and translated into the other languages offered in the service.
How answers are processed and weighted
Responses are scored per dimension. Scores are adjusted for response patterns — consistently extreme answers, very fast response times, or internal contradictions — so the profile does not exaggerate differences the data cannot support.
Results are presented as relative patterns, not as absolute values or normed percentiles against a reference population.
How matching works
In the career and employment modules the profile is compared with a described role or requirement profile. The match is a comparative measure: it shows how closely the described traits and the role's stated needs align.
A high match means the two descriptions are similar. It is not a prediction of job performance, success or suitability, and it does not replace interviews, references or the employer's own judgement.
How recommendations are produced
Recommendations are based on the profile, the information you provide and the question the chosen module addresses. They are framed as possible directions and reasoning — not as conclusions about what you should do.
What is rule-based and what is AI-generated
- Scoring, response-pattern adjustment and match calculation are rule-based and deterministic.
- Narrative text, explanations, examples and personalisation in reports are generated and processed by a language model based on those calculations.
- Salary data comes from structured sources and is converted using stated rules — it is not generated by AI.
Scientific status
Qyliora's model is developed in-house and grounded in long practical experience of leadership and personal development. It has not been externally validated and is not a clinical or diagnostic instrument.
We therefore state no measurement or prediction accuracy, and we do not cite scientific studies as evidence of accuracy. If external validation is carried out it will be published here with source and date.
