About Qyliora — guidance for better decisions, built on decades of experience.

Qyliora began long before apps, AI and real-time analysis were part of everyday life. For several decades we worked with leadership and organisational development, both nationally and internationally. The experiences were many, the insights even more — but one question kept coming back: how well do we really know ourselves?

At a seminar in Switzerland in the 1980s a particular interest in personality development and self-awareness was sparked. The personal guides available at the time were often complex, hard to interpret and far from accessible. That is where the idea was born of something else — something simpler, more accurate and more useful in everyday life.

The first personal guide was created with pen and paper. Over time it moved to Excel and then onto the web. The vision was clear: an automated, intelligent personality analysis that could deliver real value. But the technology wasn't there yet — the project was set aside, until AI changed everything.

When generative AI became available I quickly realised the time was right. What had previously been impossible suddenly became obvious. With new tools and a clear idea the work began again — and this time it really took off.

The result is Qyliora·FL·Academy and the platform qyliora.org — a digital service where more than 40 years of experience meets modern AI. Here you take an in-depth online personal guide where your answers are analysed in real time and turned into a personal report on who you are, your motivations and values. There are no right or wrong answers — the more honest you are, the more accurate the analysis.

Getting started is simple. The personal guide gives you in-depth analyses of your strengths, behaviours and ”blind spots” — my ambition is to give you a clearer picture of who you are, how you function and how you can grow. What once lay in a drawer has today grown into a living platform for self-awareness and personal development, built for both individuals and organisations. And the journey has only just begun. — Fred Larsson, founder of Qyliora
